Appointments During Pandemic

Due to implementation of social distancing and the curtailment of face-to-face classes, it would seem prudent that both the faculty and the students have a responsibility to minimize face-to-face contact, while at the same time maximizing communications through this difficult time. In general, I may not physically be in my office during office hours, but I will still be available to you.

Note:You will have to login to your UALR email account before you make an appointment. When you select an appointment slot, you will receive an appointment invitation in your email and an appointment will be created in your Google Calendar. Locate the button labelled "Office Hours" to select a date and time.

1. What will we be discussing in the appointment (advising, class help, etc)
2. Telephone number - I will contact you at the telephone number if there are technical difficulties.

   • Telephone Call
   • Google Hangouts Meet
   • Blackboard Collaborate (Normally, the "Bruce Bauer" Collaborate Session)

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please sent an email at blbauer@ualr.edu so I can remove the appointment and make the time available for someone else.
